I grew up in a small town in Indiana called Buena Vista. I went to work full time at 16 years old in a hurry to make the big bucks. I found out fast long hours preceded small bucks. I started out in construction as a helper and worked for years learning the tile trade. I soon started my own company and helped customers with residential tile work. After years of labor and business experience operating everything from the marketing to installation I decided to focus on what I loved. Helping the customers at the beginning of the projects is the fun part.

Sales & marketing is where I landed and feel like I make the biggest impact. Today I offer flooring solutions for local Indianapolis customers. Also, I decided to offer a solution for healthcare because most people in my circle (contractors) simply do without because it's not affordable. I'm married, have 3 daughters and taking care of my family is a top priority to me. I know how it feels to hope no one needs medical care because it will bankrupt you. I did that for years and now I don't worry because if one of us gets sick our healthcare is there to pay for everything.

I know what your thinking... My about me is all about work. Well, at the root of that is purpose. I make sure my family is taken care of, I guess that's my purpose. When I am not working I like to escape into nature by kayaking or enjoying a cabin stay in state forests. My wife & I also love tropical beaches & salt water vacations where one day we will probably retire.
